Fareglitch

Clear rules for using Fareglitch

Terms that are meant to be understood.

These terms explain what Fareglitch does, when a booking becomes final, what you are responsible for, and what happens when plans change.

Last updated: 6 August 2026Applies to Fareglitch web and mobile services

The useful version first

The important bits

Fareglitch helps you discover and book flights. We are not an airline, and a deal is not confirmed until the airline or ticketing provider accepts it.

01

We are an intermediary

Duolution OÜ facilitates your booking. The airline operates the flight and its fare rules and conditions also apply.

02

A deal is not yet a ticket

Prices and availability can change until payment, airline acceptance and final ticket or booking confirmation.

03

Self-transfer means more risk

Separate tickets may require baggage collection, immigration, airport changes and independently reaching the next flight.

04

Refunds follow fare rules

Voluntary cancellations depend on the airline fare. Airline cancellations and failed ticket issuance are handled differently.

1. About these Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Fareglitch website, mobile application, travel discovery features, accounts, Journeys, flight offers, booking services, notifications and related services.

By creating an account, using Fareglitch or making a booking through Fareglitch, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use Fareglitch.

Airline conditions of carriage, fare rules, baggage rules and other provider terms may also apply to a booking. Where mandatory law gives you stronger rights, mandatory law prevails.

2. Who operates Fareglitch

Fareglitch is operated by Duolution OÜ, an Estonian private limited company with registry code 17379191.

Duolution OÜ
Kämpinguranna tee 8
Kloogaranna, Harjumaa 76708
Estonia

3. Who may use Fareglitch

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to create an account or make a booking.

A person under 18 may be included as a passenger in a booking made by an adult who is legally authorised to act for that passenger.

4. Fareglitch's role

Fareglitch is not an airline.

We help you discover and arrange travel supplied by third parties. The relevant airline operates the flight and the contract of carriage is concluded between the passenger and that airline.

Duolution OÜ acts as an online travel intermediary and may collect payment for the Fareglitch transaction. Stripe or another payment provider processes the payment. Duffel or another flight technology and ticketing provider may be used to access offers, create bookings or facilitate ticket issuance.

Duolution OÜ does not operate aircraft and does not control airline schedules, airport operations, border authorities or the airline's performance of the flight.

5. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for:

  • keeping your login details confidential;
  • all activity carried out through your account;
  • providing accurate and current information;
  • telling us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

You must not:

  • impersonate another person;
  • use stolen or unauthorised payment details;
  • make fraudulent, speculative or abusive bookings;
  • use bots or automated systems to place bookings;
  • scrape, overload, disrupt or attempt to bypass Fareglitch security;
  • use Fareglitch for unlawful purposes.

6. Journeys and recommendations

A Journey lets you define travel preferences such as departure airports, destinations, dates, budget, trip type, baggage, number of stops, flight duration, self-transfer preferences and airports or countries to avoid.

Fareglitch may use these preferences and your interactions with offers to rank and personalise the deal feed. A recommendation is not a guarantee that an offer is the cheapest offer available across the entire market.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, Fareglitch does not use personalisation to charge different users different prices for the same offer.

7. Flight prices and availability

Flight prices and availability change frequently. An offer shown in Fareglitch is not a reservation and may expire, change or disappear at any time.

Offers may also be subject to fare rules, baggage limitations, connection risks, airline conditions and additional optional costs.

8. When a booking is confirmed

A payment receipt alone does not always mean a ticket has been issued.

A booking is confirmed only after:

  1. you accept the final price;
  2. payment is successfully completed;
  3. the airline or ticketing provider accepts the booking; and
  4. a booking confirmation or ticket confirmation is issued.

9. Price changes before ticket issuance

We may revalidate price and availability before ticket issuance. If the price increases, we may ask you to accept the new price or cancel the pending booking and return the amount collected.

We will not charge an increased price without your approval.

If an increase results solely from an unreasonable delay or technical error caused by Fareglitch after you accepted and paid the final confirmed price, we will not require you to pay that increase unless you separately agree.

10. Prices, fees and currency

The total price shown before payment may include:

  • the airline fare;
  • taxes and airport charges;
  • carrier-imposed charges;
  • Fareglitch service or booking fees;
  • payment processing costs;
  • optional extras selected by you.

Fareglitch may include its service fee within the total price rather than showing it as a separate line item, provided the complete amount payable is clearly shown before purchase.

Your bank or card issuer may apply its own exchange rate or foreign transaction fee.

11. Payments

Payments may be processed through Stripe or another payment provider. Duolution OÜ does not ordinarily receive or store your complete card number or card security code.

We may retain payment identifiers, amount, currency, payment status, refund records and chargeback information needed to manage the transaction.

A payment may be rejected, delayed or subject to additional verification for fraud, sanctions or security reasons.

12. Passenger information

You are responsible for ensuring all passenger details are complete and correct. Names should match the travel document that will be used for the journey.

Airlines may refuse carriage or charge correction fees where information is wrong. Fareglitch will provide reasonable assistance where a correction is possible, but the airline's rules and fees apply.

When you provide information about another passenger, you confirm that you have the authority to provide and use that information for the booking.

13. Travel documents and entry requirements

You are responsible for checking and obtaining all required:

  • passports and identity documents;
  • visas and transit visas;
  • residence permits;
  • vaccination or health documentation;
  • parental consent documents;
  • return or onward travel evidence;
  • other documents required by authorities or airlines.

Travel requirement information shown by Fareglitch is general information and may become outdated. Verify requirements with official authorities and the airline.

14. Baggage and optional extras

Baggage allowances vary by airline, route and fare. Some offers may include only a personal item or cabin bag and no checked baggage.

Seat selection, meals, baggage and other extras may cost more. Review the displayed fare conditions before booking.

15. Self-transfer and separate-ticket itineraries

Self-transfer itineraries carry additional risk.

They may require you to:

  • collect and recheck baggage;
  • pass through immigration and security again;
  • change terminals or airports;
  • obtain a transit visa;
  • independently reach the next flight before check-in closes.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, separate-ticket and self-transfer itineraries are not protected connections. If an earlier flight is delayed or cancelled, the provider of the later flight may have no obligation to rebook or refund you.

Fareglitch attempts to identify material transfer risks, but you remain responsible for deciding whether the itinerary is suitable and allowing enough transfer time.

16. Airline schedule changes

Airlines may change flight times, numbers, aircraft, airports, terminals, routes, operating carriers or seat assignments.

Fareglitch may notify you after receiving information from the airline or booking provider, but you remain responsible for checking the latest status before travel.

17. Changes requested by you

If you voluntarily request a change, you may have to pay:

  • airline change fees;
  • the difference between the old and new fare;
  • tax or carrier-charge differences;
  • supplier processing fees;
  • a Fareglitch administration fee disclosed before confirmation.

Some tickets cannot be changed.

18. Customer cancellations

Your right to cancel and receive a refund depends on the airline's fare rules. Many low-cost and promotional tickets are non-refundable.

When you voluntarily cancel a successfully issued booking, the original Fareglitch service fee is generally non-refundable because the booking and payment services have already been provided.

The service fee may be refunded where the booking was not successfully issued, Fareglitch made a material error, applicable law requires it, or we expressly agree.

Submitting a cancellation request does not itself cancel a booking. Cancellation becomes effective only after it has been processed and confirmed.

19. No general 14-day withdrawal right

Flight bookings and other passenger transport services are not ordinarily subject to the general 14-day consumer withdrawal right that applies to many online purchases.

Your cancellation rights therefore depend on the fare rules, applicable passenger rights law and any mandatory legal rights.

20. Airline cancellations

If the airline cancels a flight, your available options may include rerouting, an alternative flight, reimbursement, a voluntarily accepted voucher or other rights under applicable law.

Where you are entitled to reimbursement, the reimbursable ticket price will include the Fareglitch intermediary or service fee to the extent required by law.

A refund may depend on the airline or ticketing provider first processing and returning the relevant funds. Fareglitch will not unreasonably delay forwarding an approved refund after receiving the required funds and information.

21. Failed ticket issuance

In rare cases, payment may complete but the airline or booking provider may fail to issue the ticket.

If we cannot complete the booking at the agreed price, we will release or reverse the payment authorisation or refund the amount collected. We may offer an alternative, but you are not required to accept it.

22. Refund processing

Approved refunds are ordinarily returned to the original payment method.

Processing may involve:

  • the airline;
  • Duffel or another booking provider;
  • Fareglitch;
  • Stripe or another payment processor;
  • your bank or card issuer.

We may request identity, booking or payment information to prevent fraudulent refund requests. Validly non-refundable amounts may be deducted where permitted.

23. Chargebacks and payment disputes

You should contact us before submitting a chargeback so we can try to resolve the issue. A chargeback does not automatically cancel a flight booking.

We may contest an unjustified or fraudulent chargeback and provide booking and transaction information to the payment provider. This does not limit your right to challenge an unauthorised or incorrectly processed payment.

24. Notifications and alerts

Fareglitch may provide deal alerts, price alerts, booking updates, flight-change notifications and other travel information.

Notifications are a convenience, not a guarantee. We do not guarantee that every change will be detected or delivered immediately, and you remain responsible for checking your booking and flight status.

25. Third-party services and links

Fareglitch may display or link to airlines, activity providers, accommodation, insurance, eSIM, payment and other travel services.

Where you leave Fareglitch and complete a purchase with a third party, that purchase is governed by the third party's terms and privacy policy.

Fareglitch may display Viator activities through an affiliate or referral link. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the activity booking is completed outside Fareglitch and is not part of the flight booking.

26. Intellectual property

Fareglitch software, branding, graphics, mascot, interface, text, databases and original content are owned by or licensed to Duolution OÜ.

You may not copy substantial parts of Fareglitch, scrape or systematically extract data, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, resell content or use the Fareglitch brand misleadingly without permission.

27. Service availability

Fareglitch may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, provider outages, network failures, security incidents, technical errors or events outside our control.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

28. Responsibility and liability

Duolution OÜ is responsible for losses caused by its own breach, negligence or other conduct to the extent required by applicable law.

Duolution OÜ is not responsible for the acts or omissions of independent airlines and providers, including flight delays or cancellations, baggage problems, denied boarding, strikes, weather, airport disruption, airline insolvency, immigration decisions or third-party system failures.

We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect information entered by you, missing travel documents, missed unprotected self-transfer connections or failure to review fare and baggage conditions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

29. Suspension, termination and account deletion

We may suspend or terminate access where you materially breach these Terms, we reasonably suspect fraud, continued access creates a security risk, or the law or a provider requires us to act.

You may request account deletion through available settings or by contacting support@fareglitch.net.

Account deletion does not automatically cancel a confirmed booking. Booking, payment, refund and legal terms continue to apply where relevant.

30. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to Fareglitch, providers, legal rules, security requirements or our business model.

We will publish the updated version and change the last-updated date. Material changes may be communicated separately.

Changes will not retroactively remove rights attached to an already confirmed booking unless required by law or agreed with you.

31. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.

If you are a consumer in a country with mandatory consumer protections, this choice of law does not deprive you of rights that cannot legally be excluded in your country of residence.

Contact us first at support@fareglitch.net and include your name, booking reference, the issue and the outcome you are requesting.

An Estonian consumer may also contact the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority and, where applicable, the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee. You may also have the right to use another competent dispute-resolution body or court.
